Access to the home is via smart lock with unique code for each guest which they will receive the week of check-in with their pre-arrival information. The only areas that are not accessible to guests are the garage, primary bedroom closet, and the exterior basement door on the back side of the house.

The house is located in Miller’s Plantation which is a middle class, family friendly neighborhood full of beautiful homes both owned by renters and home owners. Security has never been an issue and the neighbors are generally very good about watching out for one another via a FB group. The playground in the back of the neighborhood is a common meeting place for kids to play and socialize. You are sure to enjoy staying at the Rocky Top Refuge!
The house is easily located via GPS apps and is the second house on the left. The two streets past the house end in culdesac so traffic is a minimum. The house is conveniently located half way between downtown/UT area and west knoxville shopping. Everything is easy to get to, especially via the new and updated highway that has just been completed taking you from east to west knoxville on the north side of the city.
