The Volunteer Villa brought to you by Volunteer Villas is a 4 br restored 1930’s home perfect for a game day or event weekend stay. This home is kid friendly with amenities parents appreciate for younger kids. Minutes from new ball park, downtown, and campus. 25 minutes from the airport and 45 min from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Great Smokey Mountains. We can comfortably accommodate 12 people in the 1 king, 4 queen, 1 twin and 1 crib. Parking in gated rear drive can accommodate 4 vehicles.
The home has 4 bedrooms that ALL have their own bathroom! The spacious primary bedroom has 1 king bed, and across the hall is another spacious room with 2 queen beds. One downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed and the other is setup perfectly for a young family with 1 queen, 1 twin, a crib and changing table allowing for 12 total guests to sleep comfortably. An open floor plan from the living room back through the dining area to the kitchen offers a great environment for entertaining and family gatherings. There is plenty of dining seating for 8, along with 3 bar stools at the kitchen island for the kids. 4 vehicles can easily fit in the rear gated driveway that provides privacy and security. Two actively recording security cameras are placed outside the home at each door facing the front and rear of the house for the security of the guests and the host. We want you to feel safe and secure, so each entry point to the home has an entry sensor installed for maximum security.
Access to the home is via smart lock with a unique code for each guest which they will receive the week of check-in with their pre-arrival information. The same pin will be added to the security system should you wish to arm it during your stay.
